Bunu en bariz misali sonraki gelen devlet rejimlerinin e\u011fitim sistemi ve alan planlanma stratejilerinde g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Balkan co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki okul kitaplar\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 imaj\u0131 hala olumsuz bir \u015fekilde yans\u0131t\u0131ltmakta. Bu konuda daha \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekecek. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde tarih literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde baz\u0131 olumlu geli\u015fmelerle birlikte bir\u00e7ok konu daha tarafs\u0131z yap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gerektiriyor. Bunu s\u00f6ylerken i\u00e7 perspektifi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. T\u00fcrkiye'den ve Bat\u0131'dan Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemi Balkanlar\u0131 inceleyen ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar konulara daha objektif yakla\u015f\u0131yor diyebiliriz. Di\u011fer taraftan, araziye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Osmanl\u0131'dan geriye kalm\u0131\u015f 30.000 eserin bir\u00e7o\u011fu y\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bak\u0131ms\u0131z, onar\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131nda. Sonradan gelen rejimler \u00f6zellikle S\u0131rbistan, Yunanistan, Bulgaristan, Bosna-Hersek gibi \u00fclklerde sistematik olarak Osmanl\u0131 izlerini silmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun \u00f6rne\u011fini en a\u00e7\u0131k \u015fekilde y\u0131k\u0131lan cami say\u0131s\u0131 veya kiliseye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen cami say\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6grenebiliriz. Dolays\u0131yla, 20. as\u0131rda yeti\u015fmi\u015f nesil e\u011fitim ve alandaki geli\u015fmelerden etkilenerek bir nevi kimlik kopuklu\u011fu ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bo\u015fnaklar\u0131n kaderi de \u00f6yledir. Osmanl\u0131'y\u0131 en sinsi karalayan \u0130vo Andri\u00e7 gibi ideolog-edebiyat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n kitaplar\u0131 zorunlu literat\u00fcr seviyesinde idi. Ancak 90'l\u0131 y\u0131llardaki sava\u015fla birlikte Bo\u015fnaklar i\u00e7in de yeni bir d\u00f6nem ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde kamuda Yunus Emre ilahileri, Ayvaz-dede \u015fenlikleri, Ramazan'da top at\u0131\u015flar\u0131 gibi gelenekleri yeniden canland\u0131rma akabinde Osmanl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 ilmi d\u00fczeyde geli\u015ftirilerek \u00fclkeye Osmanl\u0131 tarihi uzmanlar\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. En az\u0131dan \u00e7o\u011funlukla Bo\u015fnaklar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde okul kitaplar\u0131nda yaz\u0131lan yanl\u0131\u015flar m\u00fcfredattan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye'nin deste\u011fi ile \u00f6zellikle 2005'ten sonra Osmanl\u0131'dan kalm\u0131\u015f bir\u00e7ok eser restore edilmi\u015ftir. Takdire \u015fayan bir geli\u015fme oldu bu. Tabi, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fartlar\u0131nda yine Osmanl\u0131 kavram\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm y\u00f6nleriyle ve t\u00fcm platformlarda devaml\u0131 olarak anlatmak gerekiyor. Bir milletin tarih \u015fuuru ve bilinci derinle\u015fmedi\u011f\u0131 takdirde zaten bir\u00e7ok \u015feyin de\u011fi\u015fmesi imkans\u0131z. Bunun bilincinde olmak laz\u0131m. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Osmanl\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 (\u0130slam kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131) e\u011filimler hem Balkanlar'da hem d\u00fcnyada bitmi\u015f de\u011fil. Aksine tehlike b\u00fcy\u00fcyor diyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;YEN\u0130 OSMANLICILIK&#8221; TANIMI \u015eARK\u0130YAT\u00c7ILARIN KARA PROPAGANDASI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zambak.ba: T\u00fcrkiye'nin d\u0131\u015f politikada yeniden m\u00fcessir bir g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelmesiyle birlikte bilhassa S\u0131rp analistler, T\u00fcrkiye'nin &#8220;Yeni-Osmanl\u0131c\u0131&#8221; bir siyaset izledi\u011fini savunuyor. Sizin ve genel manada Bo\u015fnak tarih\u00e7ilerin bu hususa bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131z ne y\u00f6nde? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sedad Be\u0161lija:<\/strong>&nbsp;Osmanl\u0131 denilince akla gelen ilk kavram ?birlikte ya\u015fama modeli&#8221;dir. Yani d\u00fcnyay\u0131 y\u00f6neten g\u00fc\u00e7lerin 20. as\u0131rda ve 21. asr\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda hala \u00e7\u00f6zemedi\u011f\u0131 bir \u015fey. Re\u00e7etesini bulam\u0131yorlar. Asl\u0131nda bu re\u00e7ete Osmanl\u0131 tarihinde sakl\u0131d\u0131r. D\u00fcnyay\u0131 total kaosa s\u00fcr\u00fcklemek istemiyorlarsa e\u011fer, eninde sonunda bunu kabullenecekler.
