Genel olarak bu okuldan 20 yy. ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok me\u015fhur Bo\u015fnak alim ve akademisyen yeti\u015fmi\u015ftir. Sonras\u0131nda Biha\u00e7 medresesinde \u0130slam Tarihi ve Arap\u00e7a Dili hocas\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f ard\u0131ndan Banyaluka'ya ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve orada Lise hocal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Akabinde Priyedor \u015fehrine ge\u00e7er ve oran\u0131n Lise'sinde Tarih, Rus\u00e7a ve Bo\u015fnak\u00e7a dili derslerini vermi\u015ftir. 1954'te Priyedor M\u00fczesinde kustos olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve ilerideki senelerde Kuzey Bosna tarihi ile ilgilenir. Osmanl\u0131ca ve Arap\u00e7as\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi seviyede olmas\u0131 hasebiyle tarih ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na ba\u015flar. Banyaluka'da ayr\u0131ca Sokollu Ferhat Pa\u015fa Cami'inde bir s\u00fcre ba\u015f vaiz olarak hizmet verir. \u0130slam Birli\u011fi te\u015fkilat\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli kademelerde hayat\u0131 boyunca aktif olur. Bu te\u015fkilat\u0131n kadro yeti\u015ftirmesinde \u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015f bir zatt\u0131r. \u0130lme g\u00f6stermi\u015f oldu\u011fu ilgiyi bir defas\u0131nda arkada\u015f\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle ifade eder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e\u0130nsanlar\u0131n arzular\u0131 binbir \u00e7e\u015fit. Kimileri istirahat etmek i\u00e7in uzun geceleri bekler ben ise ka\u011f\u0131ta daha \u00e7ok ilim d\u00f6keyim diye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kamuoyunda genel olarak en \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan Sahih-ul-Buhari'nin ilk d\u00f6rt cildini Bo\u015fnak\u00e7a\u2018ya tercim etmesi ile me\u015fhurdur. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, tarih dal\u0131nda yazm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu makalelerine bug\u00fcne kadar yeterli ilgi g\u00f6sterilmemi\u015ftir. Osmanl\u0131 ar\u015fiv belgelerine dayanan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015funlar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>19. Asr\u0131n Son A\u015famas\u0131nda Bosna Krayinas\u0131nda \u0130ktisadi Durum<\/em>, vb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015ekapur'un en geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, 1875-1878 tarihleri aras\u0131nda vuku bulan Bosna-Hersek ayaklanmas\u0131 ile ilgilidir. Bu zor i\u015fe hayat\u0131n\u0131n on senesini vermi\u015f ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n neticeleri Bosna tarihine \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sunmu\u015ftur. Osmanl\u0131 paleografyas\u0131n\u0131, klasik tarih ilmini, Kozara M\u00fczesindeki i\u015fyerini ve \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn en uzun s\u00fcresini ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi ve ayaklanman\u0131n da merkezlerinden biri olan Priyedor \u015fehrini en g\u00fczel ve en verimli bi\u00e7imde birle\u015ftiren bir bilim adam\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e1875-1878 Bosna-Hersek Ayaklanmas\u0131na Kar\u015f\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 Y\u00f6netiminin Tutumu\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 daktilo el yazmas\u0131, 367 sayfa ve 50 tablo i\u00e7eren, yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 y\u0131l eski, bug\u00fcne kadar bas\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f ve zaman boyunca ailesi taraf\u0131ndan iyi derecede korunmu\u015f doktora tezidir. Bu tez, 2016 senesinde Bosna-Hersek Osmanl\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Merkezi Derne\u011fi'ne bas\u0131lmas\u0131 teklifiyle teslim edilmi\u015ftir. Bu vesile ile yazar\u0131n ailesine \u015f\u00fckranlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 arz ederiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00f6lge ve geni\u015f Avrupa co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki etkisinden ve olu\u015fturdu\u011fu sonu\u00e7lardan dolay\u0131, 1875-1878 Bosna-Hersek Ayaklanmas\u0131 hakl\u0131 olarak tarih\u00e7ilerin ve di\u011fer ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle tarihin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze etkilerini ara\u015ft\u0131ranlar\u0131n ilgisini \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir. Ayaklanman\u0131n, S\u0131rp ve Karada\u011fl\u0131lar\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 Devletine kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f ilan etmelerinin temel nedeni olarak say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve akabinde yeni Osmanl\u0131-Rus harbine neden oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatmak kafi olacakt\u0131r. Ruslar\u0131n 93 Harbindeki zaferleri, B\u00e2b-\u0131&nbsp;\u00c2li'de etkilerini daha g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek ve Rumeli'de (Balkanlarda) siyasi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri kontrol etme imkan\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Di\u011fer Avrupal\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin, \u00f6zellikle San Stefanos'ta imzalanan bar\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131nda kendilerini kand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hisseden Avusturya-Macaristan ve \u0130ngiltere'nin (B\u00fcy\u00fck Britanya) tepkileri, taraflar\u0131 Berlin Kongresi'ne g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f ve nihayetinde 13 Temmuz 1878 tarihinde Berlin Antla\u015fmas\u0131 imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7ler (\u00f6zellikle Avusturya-Macaristan ve \u0130ngiltere), Bosna-Hersek'i Avusturya-Macaristan Monar\u015fisi'ne ba\u011flama isteklerindeki formal gerek\u00e7elendirmelerinin kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131, halk aras\u0131nda dini ve sosyal \u00e7eli\u015fkilere neden olan, yerel gayr\u0131m\u00fcslimlerin Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimine kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvensizliklerini art\u0131ran ve S\u0131rp ve Karada\u011f Prenslikleri'nin Bosna-Hersek'teki dinda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 etki alt\u0131na almalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131ran s\u00f6z konusu ayaklanmada bulmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berlin Antla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n XXV. Maddesine g\u00f6re, Bosna tarhinde Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemi de factoolarak sona ermi\u015ftir. Ancak Sultan'\u0131n Bosna \u00fczerindeki egemenli\u011fi Ekim 1908'e kadar de iureolarak s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yazar\u0131n alg\u0131s\u0131 ve elveri\u015fli sosyal ve siyasal iklimin deste\u011fi ile sadece &#8216;ayaklanmaya&#8217; odaklanm\u0131\u015f olan baz\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, ayaklanman\u0131n kendisi ve Balkanlarda Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netiminin genel karakteri ile ilgili normatif ve bask\u0131n s\u00f6ylem olarak kendilerini empoze etmeye ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda \u00f6zellikle Vaso \u00c7ubrilovi\u00e7 ve Milorad Ekme\u00e7i\u00e7'in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her iki yazar da ayaklanman\u0131n ana nedenlerini de\u011fi\u015fik unsurlara ba\u011flam\u0131\u015f olsa da, (\u00c7ubrilovi\u00e7'te ulusal ve siyasal nedenler \u2013 Ekme\u00e7i\u00e7'te sosyal ve ekonomik nedenler) kitaplar\u0131, &#8216;isyanc\u0131lar\u0131n adil ve hakl\u0131 m\u00fccadelesi&#8217; alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, &#8216;Yugoslav s\u00f6ylemini&#8217; ve dolayl\u0131 olarak da S\u0131rp ve genel Yugoslav siyasi ve sosyal hedeflerini in\u015fa etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu somut s\u00f6ylem,&nbsp; &#8216;antifa\u015fizim, devrimci m\u00fccadele ve antiemperyalist&#8217; kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n bask\u0131n olarak i\u015flendi\u011fi Yugoslav tarihi anlat\u0131s\u0131na hizmet etmi\u015ftir. Bosna-Hersek ayaklanmas\u0131, hem &#8216;devrimci m\u00fccadele&#8217; hem de &#8216;antiemperyalist&#8217; anlat\u0131s\u0131na uygun bir malzeme olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. An\u0131lan normatif kitaplar ve bunlara benzer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, Osmanl\u0131 Devleti ve kurumlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 sempati beslemeyen, bilakis onlara kar\u015f\u0131 nefretle dolu \u00fclkelerin ar\u015fiv malzemelerine istinaden yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ayn\u0131 hisleri ta\u015f\u0131yan bireylerin eserleridir. S\u00f6z konusu d\u00f6nemde \u201eOsmanl\u0131'ya dost \u00fclke\u201c olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnen B\u00fcy\u00fck Britanya ar\u015fivlerindeki 1875-78 ayaklanmas\u0131na farkl\u0131 yorumlar\u0131 te\u015fvik eden bir tak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bile, konuya \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede Hasan \u015ekapur'un kitab\u0131 konuyu yeni bir perspektiften \u2013 Osmanl\u0131 ar\u015fiv belgeleri \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda &#8211; ele al\u0131r ve bu konudaki farkl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m bo\u015flu\u011funu dolduracak zaruri bir unsur olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015ekapur ayr\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 arayan bir tarih\u00e7idir. Metodolojisinin olumlu taraf\u0131 \u015fudur; sa\u011flam bilgi ve temel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar olmadan do\u011fru ve tarafs\u0131z bir tarih yazman\u0131n imkans\u0131z oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlar. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m me\u015frulu\u011funu, bu eserde kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan ar\u015fiv belgelerinin tahrip edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 ile de ayr\u0131ca kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. An\u0131lan bask\u0131n s\u00f6ylemin etkisi alt\u0131ndaki yazar, kitab\u0131n ilk sayfalar\u0131nda \u201e\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi\u201c kavram\u0131n\u0131 evrensel \u00e7er\u00e7evede, eli\u015ftiriye tabi tutmaks\u0131z\u0131n ve kimin kimden \u00f6zg\u00fcr oldu\u011funu tan\u0131mlamaks\u0131z\u0131n kullan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ancak, bu yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bile, isyanc\u0131lar\u0131n s\u0131k s\u0131k &#8216;S\u0131rp ordusu&#8217; veya &#8216;S\u0131rp askeri&#8217; olarak tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 ve ayaklanman\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 pespektifinden de\u011ferlendirilmesi, &#8216;\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi&#8217; kavram\u0131n\u0131n ko\u015fulsuz kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda okuyucuyu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye sevk eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f6z konusu eser, inceledi\u011fi konunun daha kapsaml\u0131 ve \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc de\u011ferlendirilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak ve bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n, bu defa daha bilgili olarak, yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesine katk\u0131 sunacakt\u0131r. Kitapta incelenen belgeler ve ortaya konan bilgiler, ulus\u00e7u\/milliyet\u00e7i (S\u0131rp veya Rus-Avusturyal\u0131) ajitasyon ve propaganda faaliyetlerinin, s\u00f6z konusu ayaklanmay\u0131 tetiklemede \u00f6nemli bir rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu sonu\u00e7lar, toplumsal-ekonomik veya ulusal-siyasi nedenleri \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli derecede \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y\u00f6netime kar\u015f\u0131 ayaklanan isyanc\u0131lar ve Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimine kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterilen diren\u00e7, Osmanl\u0131 belgelerinde &#8216;kahraman-kahramanl\u0131k&#8217; \u015fablonuyla resmedilmez. Aksine, direni\u015f ve direni\u015fin liderlerinin asi do\u011falar\u0131 i\u00e7i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Kald\u0131 ki, Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimine kar\u015f\u0131 olumsuz propaganda y\u00fcr\u00fctenler ve isyan\u0131 k\u00f6r\u00fckleyenler,&nbsp; kendi devlet liderlerine veya halklar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015fkald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve sab\u0131kal\u0131 kimselerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasan \u015ekapur'un metninde ulusal devlet konseptinin medeni boyutu (\u00f6teki'ne kar\u015f\u0131 sergilenen tavr\u0131 mesela) ele al\u0131nmasa da, ortaya konan bilgi ve belgeler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, isyanc\u0131lar\u0131n (daha iyi bir d\u00fczen getirmek isteyen kitlenin) d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 (\u00f6tekilere, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara) \u00e7ok ac\u0131mas\u0131zca ve zalimce muamele ettikleri anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Okuyucu, hakim s\u00f6ylem olan &#8216;T\u00fcrk zulm\u00fc'n\u00fc de\u011fil, &#8216;isyanc\u0131 zulm\u00fc'n\u00fc hissetmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015ekapur'un kitab\u0131nda, bir yandan binbir \u00e7e\u015fit sorunla ba\u015fetmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Osmanl\u0131 Devleti'nin hukuka ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k ve tebaas\u0131n\u0131n (\u00f6zellikle gayr\u0131m\u00fcslim vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n) her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zulme kar\u015f\u0131 korunmas\u0131 konusundaki \u0131srarl\u0131 hassasiyetini okuruz. H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 Devleti'ndeki konumlar\u0131n\u0131 ele alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve objektif karakterlerini sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131racak di\u011fer bir unsur ise Avrupa bas\u0131n\u0131nca pompalanan, H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131n i\u015fkenceye tabi tutuldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki iddialar\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr nitelikteki \u00f6rneklere \u015ekapur'un kitab\u0131nda bolca yer verilmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osmanl\u0131 idaresinden geriye kalan ve Bosna genelindeki ayaklanmalar ile ilgili bilgi veren ar\u015fiv belgeleri \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 perspektifini me\u015fru k\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, bundan \u00f6nceki (ve \u015fimdiki) Osmanl\u0131'y\u0131 ve geni\u015f anlamda M\u00fcsl\u00fcman y\u00f6netimini de\u011ferlendiren indirgemeci yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n genel sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 sorgulamay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
